**Can you clear the warning light?**  
We can clear codes once the cause is understood, but clearing a light without fixing the fault only hides it. If the fault is still present, the light comes back on within a few drive cycles.

**Do you fix the fault on the same visit?**  
Sometimes. If it is a job we carry parts for and you are happy with the price, the technician can often do it there and then. Anything larger gets quoted and booked in.

**Do you come to my home or work?**  
Yes. Our mobile technicians work on a private driveway or private land at your home or workplace, with morning and afternoon arrival windows Monday to Saturday. The car needs a flat surface with room to work all the way around it.

**How much does a mobile car service cost?**  
Pricing is fixed and shown before you commit, based on your car and the service you choose. Our services start from £120 for an oil change, £145 for an interim service, £199 for a full service and £230 for a major service. There is no membership and no call-out fee.

**How long does a service take?**  
An oil change takes around 45 minutes, an interim service about an hour, a full service around 90 minutes and a major service about two hours. A diagnostic health check takes 30 to 45 minutes and a battery replacement around 30 minutes.

**Which service do I need?**  
As a rule of thumb: a full service once a year or every 12,000 miles, an interim service every 6 months or 6,000 miles, and a major service every 24 months or 24,000 miles. If you only need oil and a filter, book the oil change. If something is wrong but you do not know what, book a diagnostic health check.

**Do I need to be a member?**
