Can you service a car on the street?
No. The work has to be done on a private driveway or private land, not a public road, shared access road or pay-and-display bay. That is a safety and insurance requirement, not a preference.
If you do not have a driveway, the usual workaround is a workplace car park with permission, or a friend or relative's driveway nearby. Plenty of customers book the car in at the office instead of at home for exactly this reason.
