What is a digital service record?
A digital service record is an emailed, timestamped record of the work carried out on your car: date, mileage, service level, parts fitted and any advisories. It has the same standing as a stamped book and cannot be lost in a glovebox.
When you sell the car, a complete record is worth real money, and buyers now expect to see it as a file rather than a stamp. Motor Servicing issues one after every visit, and the technician will stamp a paper book too if you still keep one.

| Oil change | From £120, about 45 minutes |
| Where | Your driveway at home or work, Monday to Saturday |
