You can book and pay for a service on someone else's behalf. Give us their address and registration, tell us who will be present on the day, and we will deal with whoever is there. It is one of the most common reasons people choose mobile servicing for an older relative, because the car never has to be driven anywhere.

What to do

- Settle up however suits. You can pay remotely rather than the person at the address handling it.
Why a car service for someone else suits older drivers
The hard part of a garage service is rarely the service. It is driving somewhere unfamiliar, waiting, arranging a lift, or being talked into work over a counter. Removing all of that is often the whole point of the booking.
